Description: Depicted with her head turned slightly to her right, wearing a chiton over her shoulder attached by a cluster of drilled circles, with commanding expression, full rounded cheeks and prominent forehead, her almond-shaped eyes drilled, the centrally parted wavy hair drawn back in multiple overlapping segments bound in a braid, gathered into an elaborate chignon at the back. Probably from the Julio-Claudian Dynasty, 27 BC to 68 AD.
Provenance: Ex. Haddad Ancient Art Collection.

Condition: Some wear, overall a nice example.
