| Description: |
An Egyptian Steatite Fish Scaraboid (2WWN2)
Composed of a green stone, possibly schist, scaraboid in the form of a fish, symbol of fertility and longevity, the underside incised with a falcon wearing the red crown, carrying a flail, and protected by a Uraeus cobra. A very interesting example particularly because of the incised symbols which indicate Royal emblems and the falcon which symbolize the king.
