Description: Open mold for the manufacturing of faience amulets and jewelry, made of fired iron-rich Nile clay. This shallow negative impression mold yields a Djed Pillar and a Tyet, also known as the Knot of Isis.
Provenance: Swedish Private Collection. Purchased in the 1950s at Viktoria Lindströms Antikhandel, Stockholm.
