Olive-green colored stone, oval in form, carved with a criss-cross pattern and five encircled raised grooves each set with stars, symbolic of Ishtar. The flat rim folded inward with tree pierced holes for suspension, probably hung in a temple for the worshippers of Ishtar, tapering to a raised circular ring base.
