A very fine Persian bronze sword, weighing nearly 1.8lb, the hilt decorated with a double opening pommel with linear incisions, the square handle with a crescent guard joins the hilt to the blade.

Provenance:
ex. Mr. B. M. Collection, England.
Condition:
Blade straightened, blade with chipped edges, remains intact and complete. A large and fine example for the type.
